焊接滾輪架它分為自調(diào)式和可調(diào)式滾輪架，可適用規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)大小不同直徑的產(chǎn)品，并能在規(guī)定范圍的焊接參數(shù)下實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)極調(diào)速，傳動(dòng)噪音低，工作回轉(zhuǎn)平穩(wěn)。其中能配套使用聚氨酯滾輪，聚氨酯是一種新興的有機(jī)高分子材料，，具有良好的耐油性、韌性、耐磨性、耐老化性。其拉伸強(qiáng)度、撕裂強(qiáng)度、耐磨強(qiáng)度等性能均比普通橡膠高3-5 倍。采用聚氨酯輪后可不再用金屬輔助，特別適用于風(fēng)塔生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)及不銹鋼筒體的焊接加工。
