焊接滾輪架它分為自調式和可調式滾輪架，可適用規(guī)定范圍內大小不同直徑的產品，并能在規(guī)定范圍的焊接參數(shù)下實現(xiàn)無極調速，傳動噪音低，工作回轉平穩(wěn)。其中能配套使用聚氨酯滾輪，聚氨酯是一種新興的有機高分子材料，，具有良好的耐油性、韌性、耐磨性、耐老化性。其拉伸強度、撕裂強度、耐磨強度等性能均比普通橡膠高3-5 倍。采用聚氨酯輪后可不再用金屬輔助，特別適用于風塔生產線及不銹鋼筒體的焊接加工。
